Shipping Policy

At Rootree, we are committed to making your shopping experience smooth, reliable, and satisfying. Please review the following information regarding our order processing and shipping policies.


Domestic Shipping Only

Orders placed on rootree.com can be billed and shipped only within the United States. We currently do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. International shipping options will be announced soon.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Rootree is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website or via your Rootree account.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Rootree is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly. For further assistance, email us at support@rootreeshop.com.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@rootreeshop.com. within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
