Return & Refund Policy
At Rootree, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened or used products, sale items, or gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return Email us at support@rootreeshop.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Rootree is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@rootreeshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
